No. The UP-TOOTH™ is designed so that extraction is completely painless once the tooth is ready to come out. If your child feels strong resistance or pain, it simply means the tooth isn't loose enough yet — wait a few more days before trying again.

The UP-TOOTH™ is recommended for children between 5 and 12, the usual window for losing baby teeth. It can be used as soon as the tooth is loose enough (it should move easily in every direction).

Yes. The UP-TOOTH™ was developed together with paediatric dentists and is recommended by oral health professionals across Europe. Its vertical extraction principle is in line with current medical guidance.

Rinse the tip in warm water after each use. You can also put it in the dishwasher (top rack) or disinfect it with a little isopropyl alcohol. Don't boil it. Store it in its protective pouch between uses.

The UP-TOOTH™ kit includes several tips in different sizes to fit every baby tooth (incisors, canines, molars). Pick the tip that wraps the tooth best without forcing it.

Orders ship within 24h (business days). Delivery then takes 2 to 5 days depending on your country in Europe (Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Spain…).

Shipping is free on orders over €60. Below that, a flat shipping fee applies depending on your delivery country. The exact amount is calculated at checkout.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of confirmation. After that, preparation has often already started. Contact us as soon as possible via the contact form — we'll do our best.

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order if you're not satisfied. The product must be returned unused in its original packaging. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the return.

The UP-TOOTH™ comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If there's a problem with your product, contact us through the form with a photo — we'll send a free replacement.
